Who this policy is for

This policy covers the Android application Wave Keep (package name com.wavekeep.game), published by Darren Ng. It applies to everyone who uses the app.

Information we collect

None. The app does not ask for, gather, or receive any personal or sensitive information. Specifically, Wave Keep does not collect:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any contact details
• Location data of any kind
• Photos, camera or microphone input, contacts, files, or messages
• Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or IP address logs
• Usage analytics, crash reports, or behavioural data

There is no registration, no sign-in, and no way to create a profile. The app never asks who you are.

Information stored on your device

Wave Keep saves a small amount of game data locally on your device so that your progress is still there next time you play. This information never leaves the device, is never transmitted anywhere, and is not accessible to us or to anyone else:

• Your best run: how far you reached, the difficulty, and the run's statistics
• Your settings, such as whether sound is muted
• Which levels you have started, so the game knows what you have already seen

All of it is anonymous game state. It contains nothing that could identify a person. Uninstalling the app deletes it permanently.

Network access

Wave Keep is fully playable offline and does not require an internet connection. The app makes no network requests, contacts no servers, and sends no data anywhere. Nothing in the game is loaded from the internet at any point.

Children's privacy

Wave Keep is directed to children. It is a teaching game made for young players, and it is built accordingly. The age range it is listed for is shown on its Google Play store listing.

Because the app collects no personal information at all, it collects no personal information from children. We do not knowingly or unknowingly gather data from any user regardless of age, because the app has no mechanism for gathering data in the first place. This is intended to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the GDPR's provisions on children's data, and Google Play's Families policy.

There is no advertising in Wave Keep, no in-app purchases, no external links, no social features, no chat, and no user-generated content. There is nothing in the app that can take a child somewhere else.

Advertising and purchases

The app contains no advertisements and no advertising SDKs. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no payment processing of any kind. The app is free and complete as downloaded.

Third parties

Wave Keep includes no third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or social media libraries. Because no data is collected, there is no data to sell, share, or disclose, and none has ever been sold, shared, or disclosed.

The app is distributed through Google Play. Google collects certain information as part of operating the store and the Android platform itself, which is governed by Google's own privacy policy and not by this one.

Your rights

Rights such as access, correction, and deletion apply to personal data held about you. Since we hold no data about you whatsoever, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, or erase. The game data stored on your device is entirely under your control and is removed by uninstalling the app.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted at this address with an updated date at the top. If the app ever begins collecting information of any kind, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
